Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the playground equiptment surfacing of wood chips does not comply with CPSC guidelines of having nine inches of wood chips. The construction worker that put the new bark down said that it was over nine inches in most of the area and it was plenty enough to cover the whole playground area.
